Karlsruher SC has completed its coaching staff for the new season. With the new head coach Maximilian Senft, the KSC is moving into the new season after Christian Eichner's departure. The positions in the coaching staff have now been clarified. The new head coach brings three employees from his time at SV Ried: Co-coach Eduard Buxmann, Co-coach Emmanuel Faloba and Athletic Trainer Mauro Zanoguera. Daniel Gordon, who has worked in the KSC youth team in recent years and has been working as a co-coach for Eichner since December, will continue to hold his position in the KSC professionals. The same applies to goalkeeper coach Markus Miller and rehabilitation coach Wendelin Wäcker, who have been part of the blue-white coaching staff for several years. Several factors played a role in the composition, as the KSC announced: The club has opted for a balanced mix. On the one hand, employees with whom Senft has already successfully worked together, on the other hand, proven and long-standing forces with KSC identity. After the KSC has recently made conscious changes in the immediate vicinity of the team, team manager Sarah Saliba and long-time athletic trainer Florian Böckler are no longer there, there is at least one new face for the new season: Steffen Hillmann, who was head of the licensing department at VfL Wolfsburg from 2022 to 2025, has been the new team manager since June 1. However, it is not known where the proven forces are going, as the club is also in talks with Sirus Motekallemi.
